Notable Features: In this recently revamped front yard, a remarkable manzanita—more than two decades old—overlooks vibrant globemallows and a penstemon collection that produce a kaleidoscope of color. The back yard is an outdoor room with a peaceful water feature, patch of mariposa lilies, and more penstemons, all lightly shaded by a mature palo verde tree. Along the driveway, a corrugated metal fence is mellowed by a row of Santa Cruz Island ironwood. The classic 1924 bungalow has been renovated for modern style and sustainability.
