Notable Features: The front garden, once turfgrass, now features a 20-foot-tall blue elderberry, upcycled tree trunks, and Palos Verdes stone, with a purple-flowering parkway of lupine and lilac verbena. The back yard is an inviting outdoor room with permeable hardscape, Santa Cruz Island ironwood hedge, native grape arbor, vegetables and fruit trees, and a Bauer oil jar fountain. A side rock garden with desert willow, dudleya collection, and a second fountain creates an atmosphere conducive to contemplation.
