Notable Features: The front yard combines decade-old Sunset manzanita, western redbud, desert willow, and Montara sagebrush with woolly blue curls, Guadalupe Island rock daisy, and other new additions. Out back, a series of outdoor rooms is decorated with sculpture, furniture, and fountains from the homeowners’ favorite vacation spots. Uncommon natives include Piute cypress, desert olive, and Tranquil Margarita coffeeberry.
