Notable Features: In this all-native front yard, eleven different sages flourish with California buckwheat and rock-sided beds of desert flora, such as chuparosa, ocotillo, and pink fairy duster. A native grape covers a cinderblock wall, and Anacapa Pink Island morning glory shades the porch. The back garden is carpeted by a lupine-rich wild flower meadow and small patio with maturing desert willow.
