Notable Features: A coastal sage scrub medley including white sage and California buckwheat mixes with olive trees and other exotics for an informal, aromatic landscape to accompany a 1923 Mediterranean Revival home. To mark the property’s proximity to Hollywood and Vine, the owner included natives alluding to those streets: a robust Roger’s Red grape vine climbs a back yard arbor, and a red-berried toyon accents a garden wall.
