Notable Features: The front of this 1948 Ranch house is hidden by mature palo verde and desert willow trees, along with a large felt-leaf ceanothus and St. Catherine’s lace, all creating a natural woodland style. In back, non-native turf, a dry creek, and pathway of upcycled red cinderblock are lined with fragrant California sagebrush, colorful globemallows and penstemons, and masses of Canyon Prince wild rye.
