Notable Features: The native plant palette for the sloping front yard of this 1941 Spanish Colonial Revival home was inspired by local hikes and includes St. Catherine’s lace, California fuchsia, and lilac verbena. A vigorous Matilija poppy fills the courtyard corner. The back yard features a bocce court, pea gravel patio with seating, and sun-drenched beds filled with sages, Indian mallow, and western redbud.
