Notable Features: The front garden focuses on foliage, using Canyon Prince wild rye, deergrass, and Santa Cruz Island buckwheat to highlight the home’s contemporary Mediterranean design. The back yard emphasizes play, with a sunken lawn of sand dune sedge that withstands ample roughhousing and concrete perimeter that doubles as seating. A ceanothus hedge adds privacy, and a low border of David’s Choice sandhill sagebrush, common yarrow, and blue-eyed grass edges a gravel path.
